Our “Building Dreams” Capital Campaign
This campaign aims to raise the funds needed to build a state-of-the-art community residence that offers 12 individual studio apartments, shared living spaces, and a nurturing environment tailored to each resident’s needs. The total cost of this project is estimated to be $4 million or more, reflecting our commitment to creating a high-quality, inclusive environment for adults with developmental disabilities.

Becoming a business sponsor of The Home Possible Project is more than a donation—it’s a partnership. Donor-Advised Funds (DAF)
A Donor-Advised Fund is a simple and tax-efficient way to support The Home Possible Project. You can contribute cash or appreciated assets (such as stock), receive an immediate tax deduction, and then recommend grants to HPP over time. Funds in a DAF can also grow tax-free, allowing your charitable impact to increase.
Planned Giving (Estate/Legacy Giving)
Planned Giving allows you to support The Home Possible Project through your long-term financial or estate plans. By including HPP in your will, trust, retirement account, or other legacy strategy, you can help ensure a future where adults with developmental disabilities have a forever home and a caring community.
